Bro, i think this system have 63% win. beacause it has 12number to win and 7 number to lose. And % winning is 12/19 = 63%.

So this method that u mention is the same as in the video. Just that bet different amount on different number. At first i thought the video u post is strategy 1. And strategy 2 is different concept. Anyway thank for the strategy. Will try it out on genting roulette as i will be there tomorrow. Smile But i understand that no strategy in this world can totally edge out the house advantage on punter on the long term. So will need to access the condition. If feeling not right or win a bit will not bet.
