Dont think so, i also owe bank no problem unless bankrupt then cant revoke, i went for 2 interview, they said can up to 4 times if they think u are heavy addicted and having big financial problem, so must answer in smart. Revoke is no problem as long as is self exclusion not 3rd party but prepare to endure the long long question repeating ask by the interviewer ,doctor and NCPG as well and tell them u will apply the visit limit and wont go frequently. Anyway whatever u answer they also in the mindset that u are problem gambler bcoz u apply exclusion before. And finally u also free to go in casino whether after that regret or not is another story
