Only Top 5 and Winner of the Big 5 Leagues will be awarded Jersey prize and a medal.

For the jersey prize, SG winners are not qualified (no ads in SG), but will still receive the medal.

Which medal are you referring to ?

Medals are still awarded to World Cup, Euro Championship and Copa America Tipster Medal Contest for the Top 3 winners with the highest points.

The Euro Medal is only awarded to the top 3 placings of the GUESS & WIN EURO 2024 Tipster Contest which you must register to participate. In this contest, members will pick the Champion, Runners-Up, 2 Semi-Finalists and the tournament's Top Scorer whereby points will be alloted to the correct positions. 

I assume you are referring to the Season Tipster Cup which you might have topped the Euro segment. It's a different medal contest. For the Season Tipster Cup, only the top 50 winners along with the top position for England, France, Spain, Germany and Italy will be awarded the medal. 

Hope this explanation is clear to you.
