As for me i was crazy about DELL
dueing that time
DELL COMPUTERS were mainly for commercial use
i dun care i just order ...
That time DELL was base in PENANG 
So it had to shipped here
Anyway their service was excellent
i ordered the 19" monitor and their give me a 17" one by mistake
So they apologised and reshipped me  the 19" without extra charge
means i paid the 19" for 17" price
Haha so happy
All the calls were angmohs
they told me all their cuatomers were companies
..
Since i bought their best model 
they accepted my order
i paid nearly 6k for it
i really crazy for that model
