Sorry, I didn't pay attention to whether other forums have this feature.

I just refer to Facebook timeline posting “Pin to top" function. and sometimes maybe we have some Specific posts, comments or so call "betting tips" hope to remind the public or followers.

This is a suggestion which I've made a while back.
I suspect it may not be easy to implement though.

nop.. i mean if author have any important post or comment for example at  thread #32..but maybe too much people continue to comment.. so maybe some of the newcomer might miss the important massage or posting of #32

I can also see that it may be subjected to a certain degree of 'abuse' esp @ the In-Running Forum
People may shift all the winning posts to the top of the thread, bringing its significance to the fore and obscuring the losing picks at the end.
