i suggest top 10 team should hv award temporary medal, like that only can cultivate the spirit for every team to chase the title, if the team drop out from top 10 the temporary medal will be removed.

if AB managemtnt do this changes, the environment will change, else everyone only go for top 3 team small team will not able to climb up  ^_^

A team with thousand members, active and non active members, today someone in top 50 tomorrow may drop under... all need to be considered.
